Play Video

The Puguli are especially known in Burkina Faso for their energetic and colorful dance.  In 2010 we travelled to the village of Zangbani where Olon Malo reestablished their local dance troupe.  We were treated to this colorful, foot stomping, dust raising dance accompanied by balafon (xylophone with gourd resonators) and percussion.  Enjoy!
